Shipping Information

All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or USPS Parcel Post unless otherwise specified. In the event of a drop ship, shipping will be determined by the manufacturer. We have estimated the lowest possible shipping price per order.

Non-Furniture Return Information
In the event of a return, we would appreciate knowing the reason for the return (such as defects) so we can handle the return properly. We only allow returns for up to 30 days, exceptions need to be granted. We cannot take back products that are obviously damaged or been through heavy use(determined at our discretion). We are not responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise. Thereafter you must provide a statement that you have received a full refund. This applies to retail customers only. Except as provided above, the refund contained herein is without warranty of any kind, including the implied warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose. In no event will Nodak Outdoors or any manufacturer be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of or inability to use products sold on this website, even where Nodak Outdoors has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If you do not receive a complete refund within thirty days of your written request, please contact Nodak Outdoors by emailing webmaster@nodakoutdoors.com

Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot take returns on used game calls.

Furniture Return Information
Shipping damages, shortages, and discrepancies must be claimed within seven(7) days from the receipt of the product. Credit memos will be issued once we receive the defective product back. Authorization must be approved for return product. Since the furniture is custom made to your specifications, we cannot take returns on non-defective furniture.
